The steps for this are vendor specific depending on your hardware, but typically the BIOS option is called Virtualization Technology (VTx) or something similar. I had to enable “Advanced Restart” and to be able to make changes to the BIOS. I had some challenges enabling the Virtualization in BIOS as I couldn’t access the BIOS during normal start-up because I had a UEFI-based computer.
